Who we are

NovaHub Consulting operates gonovahub.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions: action@gonovahub.com.

Information we collect

Name, email address, organization, enquiry content, newsletter and download requests, consent records, security verification results and basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide requested services.
• To send newsletters only where you have actively opted in.
• To deliver gated resources you request.
• To protect forms from abuse and maintain security.
• To meet legal obligations and keep records of consent.

Legal bases

Consent (newsletters, optional cookies, gated downloads), legitimate interests (security, responding to enquiries) and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Newsletter and service providers

Newsletter and gated download contacts are stored in Brevo contact lists and used only for the purposes you accepted. Our site is hosted by IONOS. Cloudflare Turnstile protects our forms against automated abuse and may process technical information under Cloudflare privacy terms. Purchases of AI Firewall™ are processed by Gumroad under its own terms. Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Cookies and consent

Essential functions run without optional cookies. Analytics and marketing technologies stay disabled until you choose to enable them in the cookie settings, which you can reopen at any time from the footer.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR and Canadian privacy law) you may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact action@gonovahub.com.

Security and transfers

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Providers may process data outside your country; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards. Do not send sensitive or confidential information through web forms.

Job applications

If you apply through the Join the Team page, we receive your name, email, optional phone and LinkedIn profile, your CV and your summary. We use them only to assess your application and to contact you. If you tick the talent network box, your email is also stored in a Brevo list for future opportunities. You can ask us to delete your application at any time at action@gonovahub.com.

Spam protection and downloads

Forms are protected by a self-hosted arithmetic check, Cloudflare Turnstile and, when enabled, Google reCAPTCHA v3, which may process technical signals such as IP address and browser data under their own terms. Gated documents are delivered after you give your name, email and consent; we store these details, with optional organization, job title and country, in Brevo to send the document and, where you agreed, related news.
